Will I finally get a chance to? The website supermanreturnsthebryansingercut is asking fans of the film to sign a petition to get Warner brothers to release the director's cut of the film. I know a lot of people didn't like Superman Returns so they won't give a crap. But I'm always down to see the movie the director wanted me to see.

In this trailer you'll see a couple of scenes that were cut out, and some stills from the beginning of the film with Routh in the black Superman outfit. Hopefully we get to see this one day.

ooo whats in the director's cut? more boring talking scenes. if they were smart, they would have added some more action scenes. you know your movie sucks when smallville has more action then your movie :lol:

Dr Fate, Hawkman, and Sandman all look great! apparently there will be some guest spots in the film too

the S:R dvd i have has deleted scenes on it, i'd be interested to know if the DC has any more additional scenes or if it was just re-edited with those deleted scenes.

if i rememeber rightly most of the deleted scenes were flashbacks and when clark was still in smallville after returning.

alot of it is not public knowledge. It does include Superman Returns and all the Chris Reeves movies and a slew of movies that were thankfully never made. Whats sad is Superman could have been MUCH MUCH worse than SR. (Even though to me that sucked too) Check out the cliff notes I typed up on all the behind the scenes crap and secrets that went on.
