Tuesday, November 17th, 2009Variety reports that Marvel Studios and Thor director Kenneth Branagh have signed Stuart Townsend, Ray Stevenson, and Tadanobu Asano to play The Warriors Three, a trio of Asgardian adventurers who fight alongside the Norse god.
Townsend plays Fandral, Stevenson is Volstagg the Valiant, and Asano plays Hogun the Grim.

Anthony Hopkins Cast as Odin in ‘Thor’!
Friday, October 30th, 2009The Hollywood Reporter and Variety have both broken news that Anthony Hopkins has been cast as the Norse God Odin in Kenneth Branagh’s Thor, which starts filming in January 2010. For those unfamiliar with the family tree, Odin is Thor’s father.
