Best CBM Casting of All Time – Michael Keaton vs. James Franco
By FavaBeans | December 11, 2009
The Elder defeats the Youngen in last week’s match up, as Rosemary Harris defeated Ellen Page 10-1.
We started this game on our Message Boards over two years ago, and it’s still going! The list includes movies made up until 2007. Needless to say, there are alot of actors and actresses that have been cast in CBMs!
I decided to move this game over to the site so we can generate more interest and more votes. The game works like this – Each week 2 actors/actresses will be matched up against one another (randomnly, there’s is no bias in the match-ups), and it’s up to you, the fans, to decide who was the better choice to play the part. At the end, the winner with the most votes moves on to the next round. A new match up will be posted every Friday and will last one week!
Continue on to learn more and vote on this week’s match up!

Even as the 2nd Green Goblin, Harry was a whiney little bit@&, so Keaton for sure

I honestly dont think Keaton was that good of a batman, which will make alot of people angry at me, i found him just plain and boring and really the villains of his movies made them good. that being said he is still better then james franco, so keaton is my vote.

Keaton. I don’t think Franco is a bad actor, just not right for an Osborn role.

The only good Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Keaton.

Not really a fair matchup… Franco’s line “I’m ruined” in 2 is classic.
vote for Keaton

Because I couldn’t stand Michael Keaton’s Batman and James Franco really does remind me of Harry, I have to vote for Franco. I’m completely out voted, but I have to be honest.

As stated…Keaton was the only one that had the perfect ballance between BW and Batman.

James Franco was great as Osborne. Franco gets my vote.
