‘Iron Man 2′ Trailer for Christmas?
By Landfill | November 19, 2009
Recently, after every Iron Man 2 update, I’ve said something along the lines of us, the fans, waiting with anticipation for a glimpse at the upcoming CBM. By glimpse, I mean a teaser trailer.
To tell you the truth, it feels like we’ve waited way to long to see something from Favreau and Co. Sure we’ve had some footage on the set of the upcoming CBM courtesy of Entertainment Tonight but nothing beats a good trailer. Today we bring an update for a teaser trailer from the director, Jon Favreau.
I was browing /Film earlier today and noticed their article titled, “Iron Man 2 Movie Trailer for Christmas?” Of course I clicked it, I click anything concerning comic book movies, and I was surprised to see Jon Favreau actually talking about a trailer for Iron Man 2. Below from the director’s official Twitter account.
RT @Ann_Howard: @Jon_Favreau PLEASE tell us the trailer is coming soon – w/Sherlock Holmes, perhaps??
Peter Sciretta from /Film said it makes sense to have the teaser trailer released with another film starring Robert Downey Jr. He also says he thought the trailer would come out with James Cameron’s Avatar.
Either way, I hope there’s some truth to this because the wait has been way to long and the leaked footage from Comic-Con isn’t enough to hold us over for the rest of this year. Be sure to keep checking back here for the latest updates concerning Iron Man 2.
