By Landfill | October 18, 2009
If you’re wondering, Adiran Askarieh and Daniel Alter are the producers for the upcoming CBM Hack/Slash. They recently attended the Scream Awards and gave some insight to the comic book film. Continue with this article to find out what they had to say. The producing duo stopped and chatted with Steve Weintraub from Collider and talked about Hack/Slash. They confirmed commercial director Fredrik Bond would helm the project. They said filming would start early next year. They also informed us that no casting has taken place just yet but to be on the lookout for news real soon.
Kat Dennings recently expressed her interest in the character of Cassie Hack. I don’t know about you guys but I think she could definitely play the part.
Alot of rumors were surround Megan Fox in the past and she has the look for the role. I said in the past that it would be a better marketing scheme to have Fox play Hack but I’d rather see Dennings.
“Hack/Slash,” created by Tim Seeley and Stefano Caselli, chronicles the adventures of Hack, a young woman who travels to small towns across the country hunting slashers. She is partnered on her journey with Vlad, a hulking companion who serves as her protector.

Sophia Bush would be a great cassie hack! she’s hot , tough & can act. Megan Fox is hot but she’s too dainty for the role.
