Jason Schwartzman Updates ‘Scott Pilgrim’
By Landfill | October 16, 2009
Since principle photography ended a while back on Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, there hasn’t been much of anything other than an update here and there with an actor or director. Today we get a few quotes from one of the actors in the upcoming CBM.
Jason Schwartzman said recently that he’s seen 20 minutes of the film. “It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I can’t tell you much, but sort of beautiful; incredible. Good job Edgar Wright, good job.”
The film is still being edited and put together by the director and as soon as that part of production is done, we can expect a release date along with a trailer.
This from Superhero Hype:
Based on the Bryan Lee O’Malley’s graphic novel, Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World stars Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Chris Evans, Brandon Routh, Aubrey Plaza, Kieran Culkin, Brie Larson, Mae Whitman, Ellen Wong, Anna Kendrick, Mark Webber, Alison Pill and Satya Bhabha. In the film, Winstead plays the dream woman of a young slacker (Cera) and the only way he can win her heart is by battling and defeating her seven evil ex-boyfriends.
